Ever wondered how Michael Phelps trains and eats to support becoming the greatest Olympic athlete of all time? How does one even get to be a strength coach for such an amazing athlete? Keenan Robinson is the personal strength and conditioning coordinator for the greatest Olympic athlete of all time, Michael Phelps. Keenan provided cutting edge dryland and overall training programming during Phelps' runs at 22 Olympics medals, 18 Gold, in 2004, 2008, and 2012. Robinson is also the Director of Athletes Services at the North Baltimore Aquatic Club, training numerous other elite swimmers who are current and future Olympic contenders.
